  Barbara has received her artistic training at the Prague Conservatory. In 1998 she gradiatedfrom the Music Faculty of the Academy of Arts in Prague with the performance of the main female role of Sandrina in the opera "Lancelot" and a series of concerts with the Symphonic orchestra of West Bohemia in Marianské Lázně and Chamber Philharmonic orechestra of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Barbara is also a graduate of the Florence Musical Academy where she spent several months. This shows in her choice of classical Italian opera repertoire. She is a soloist of J.K.Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, National Theatre of Ostrava and is a permanent soloist of OPERA ARS MAGNA in Prague.  
   
  In the season of 1998 an 1999 she performed in "La Traviata" and "Rigoletto" in Lichtenstein Palace in Prague. She performs at concerts continuously, she starred in the Galaconcert in honour of HRH Danish Prince Henrik II and her concert appearances are both at home and abroad. She also gives many charity performances. In 1999 she wa awarded European circle prize of Franz Kafka.  
     
  In the year 2000 she was the winner of the prestigious Gustav Mahler´s European award. Since 2001 she is a visiting soloist of Prague State Opera.
